  • All evaluation rubrics, scoring criteria, and discriminator logic
  • AI-generated analyses, feedback text, and cognitive pattern descriptions
  • The Signal Test framework and assessment structure
  • All trademarks, service marks, and brand names

Copyright Notice: The cognitive assessment methodology, scoring rubrics, and all analytical content generated by Signal Club are protected under U.S. copyright law. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative use is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

You explicitly agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer the assessment methodology or scoring system
  • Extract, mine, or harvest discriminator behavior, evaluation criteria, or analytical patterns
  • Replicate or create derivative works based on Signal Club's assessment framework
  • Use automated tools to submit multiple assessments or harvest system responses
  • Manipulate, forge, or falsify assessment scores or evaluation results
  • Copy, redistribute, or republish AI-generated feedback without explicit written permission
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limiting, security measures, or fraud detection systems
  • Train language models or AI systems using Signal Club's evaluation outputs

4. User Submissions and Data

When you submit content for cognitive assessment:

  • You grant Signal Club a non-exclusive license to analyze and evaluate your submission
  • We collect metadata including IP address, timestamp, and device information for security purposes
  • We reserve the right to reject, flag, or remove submissions that appear fraudulent or manipulated
  • Your assessment results are private unless you choose to make them public

5. Fraud Detection and Enforcement

Signal Club employs technical measures to detect and prevent fraud, including:

  • Provenance tracking of all submissions
  • Invisible watermarking of analytical outputs
  • Pattern analysis to detect unauthorized replication attempts
  • IP-based rate limiting and anomaly detection

Violations of these terms may result in account termination, score invalidation, and potential legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Signal Club provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Assessment results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data collection practices as described. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

8. Changes to Terms
